New community in Sydney’s south sells out in one day

In just one day, all 85 land lots released in the first stage of the New Breeze masterplanned community in Sydney’s south-west suburb of Bardia had sold, realising $36.4 million.

Buyers were drawn to New Breeze’s proximity to the Edmondson Park train station, which is 400 metres from the estate’s entrance and which will get commuters into the city in 30–40 minutes.

Sales ranged from $330,000 for a 250-square-metre plot of land up to $588,000 for a 589-square-metre block, according to the Domain news story.

A further 100 land lots are to be released to the market in May with land prices starting from $330,000 and house and land packages from $637,000.
